We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with the brands whose subscriptions we sell, unless explicitly stated.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp after a customer selects a product on the website.
- Prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change at any time without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before an order is processed and delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate details (email/account information) needed to activate their subscription, where applicable.
3. Product Nature & Usage
Many of the subscriptions we offer are shared, family-plan, or reseller-sourced accounts, sold at a reduced price compared to buying directly from the official provider. By purchasing, you understand and accept the nature of the product you are buying, as described on the relevant product page at the time of order.
4. Account Validity & Replacement
We aim to provide accounts/subscriptions that remain active for the duration stated at the time of purchase. If an account stops working within its valid period due to an issue on our end, we will investigate and, where applicable, provide a replacement or resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
We are not responsible for service interruptions, price changes, or policy changes made directly by the original software provider (e.g. OpenAI, Adobe, Canva, Netflix) that are outside our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Do not share, resell, or misuse the account/subscription in a way that violates the original provider's terms of service, unless the product is explicitly sold as a reseller/wholesale package.
- Do not attempt to change the recovery email, password, or security settings of a shared account without permission, as this can cause the account to be lost for other users and may void any replacement guarantee.
- Provide accurate contact and order information so we can assist you if there's an issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saste Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of a purchased subscription, including data loss, lost work, or lost access caused by the third-party provider.
